Thu, 9 Oct 2014 Please be advised that Cultivate London Ltd, a charity registered social enterprise, is being named as a partner by Les and Angela Wallis in their application to lease Brent Lodge Stables at Brent Lodge Park from Ealing Council. Mr and Mrs Wallis live next to the site and propose to work with Cultivate London to provide a community asset for the site. I chair the board of Cultivate London Ltd. Whilst I have no executive powers as an opposition councillor I am mindful that that there may appear to be a conflict of interest. Consequently I have handed all responsibility for the negotiation to my fellow trustee director Tim Luckett Tim Luckett, 156 Windmill Road, Brentford, TW8 9NQ 020 8582 5551
Wed, 26 Nov 2014 “In his capacity as chair of the board of trustees of Cultivate London Ltd. on 17 November 2015 Cllr Millican asked Cllr Yvonne Johnson to endorse the application for a grant from the Spacehive funding made available through Ealing Council. Furthermore he made an offer to show her the site along with the cultivate London General Manager (a copy of the e.mail with full information is available in the hard copy register of interests)”.
